I know this firsthand because it’s something I’ve been managing for years. Despite these challenges, I’ve developed a set of strategies and practices that help me not just get through the day, but feel strong, capable, and relatively pain-free.
This course is my way of sharing the foundation of what works for me. It’s not about miracle cures or overnight fixes—it’s about building habits, using techniques, and making adjustments that truly make a difference. From posture and movement tips to mindset shifts and self-care practices, I’ll guide you through everything I’ve learned to minimize discomfort and maximize energy during long work hours.
My goal is to help you transform your experience of the workday, so you can feel more in control of your body, your pain, and your overall well-being. Whether you’re already dealing with similar issues or simply looking to prevent them, this course is designed to provide you with practical, actionable tools to thrive in the office and beyond. And even though I love sharing my passion for yoga. I don’t have this perfect skinny, yoga type body. You don’t need either to get the advantages.
